For those of you who don’t know where my Twitter and blog name Lovely Lanvin comes from, I will now explain it to you. At first, many people on Twitter thought it was my name, I wish! Lanvin is actually my favorite fashion label and Alber Elbaz it’s amazing and, oh so talented, Designer. I really, really LOVE Lanvin and every piece Mr. Albaz designs, he can do no wrong as far as I am concerned. There are a couple of places in Seattle and Bellevue where I can find a few pieces of the Lanvin collection but no Lanvin boutique, so sad!
When I was living in Tokyo, I used to just stand in front of the Lanvin boutique in Ginza, and just stare into the most amazing window display you could imagine. It took my breath away, so beautiful and filled with the most gorgeous clothes, shoes and bags. I wanted to live in that window, seriously. I would tell the Manager of the boutique that every time I would visit, which was at least once a week. I think she thought I was a little crazy.
The lucky people living of New York City now have their own beautiful, new Lanvin boutique. I was dying the first time I saw the gorgeous photos of the magnificent rooms and displays. I’m hoping I soon will be standing in front of this new Lanvin boutique window very soon. The photographs are of the lovely Lanvin boutique.
